Jennifer Nettles: 'I try to be conscious and live a pretty balanced lifestyle for someone who has this job, which is not very balanced at all. I love yoga – I give it a lot of credit in helping me stay healthy. It helps me not only physically, but emotionally and spiritually as well," she explains. "It's nice to have a center when you move around as much as we do."
Jennifer Nettles likes to switch things up at the gym. "I get bored really easy, so circuit training is good for me," she says. "Not only weight training, but working those small balancing muscles you have in your core—and some good cardio on the treadmill, or outside when I'm on the road. I go through phases with running, but lately I've been in the run-walk phase. Little, as they call them, intervals. Well, this is working for me!" Jennifer Nettles tells us. "I can definitely see a difference in how I look, in my muscle tone more than anything else."
